Dr. Purdy obtains a comprehensive health history before any treatment can begin. Yes, I ask alot of questions that you may think are not related to your current challenges. Please understand that to treat you as a whole person (holisitc care) I look at all aspects of your health to see how well you may heal even if there are some aspects that I don't treat. For example severe depression can really slow a person's progress and generally must be treated by prescription medicine.

You can save yourself and the doctor some time by completeing the paperwork ahead of time.
